Q1: Do you have OEM / ODM service? 
A1:  Yes, customization is welcomed. You could share us your design of products, logo, packing etc. 

We will work together to realize your drawing to a real product. 

Q2: Can I get the sample?
A2:  Yes, welcome sample/trial order to checking everything before mass purchasing. 

Q3: What's the MOQ and Lead time?
A3:  For most items, we keep regular stocks, so the MOQ is quite low ( starts from 10pcs ) and the LT is about 1 week from order confirmation.
For items that we have no stock or tailor-made products, the MOQ is negotiable, and the LT is about 3-4 weeks. 

Q4: How can l get your price list?

then we'll send you the price list and more information correspondingly.

Q5: How much the transportation freight will be?
A5: The freight depends on your order qty,the weight & packing size and your area.

Q6: How to order?
Step 1- Tell us your requires, such as : which item & models, Quantities, color & other special note.
Step 2- We will make invoice for you to confirm first.
Step 3- Checking the invoice and confirm for us, we will arrange the production ASAP when payment received.
Step 4- Take photos confirm & follow delivery info,such tracking number and est delivery time.
